WCAG accessibility audit

Ensure digital accessibility and demonstrate that your website is inclusive for everyone. We’ll help you meet your legal obligations and gain a competitive edge in the market.

What is a WCAG audit?

A WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) audit is a detailed analysis of your online shop, website or application in terms of digital accessibility. We verify that the content and functionalities are accessible and usable for all individuals with disabilities, including those with visual, hearing, mobility, or cognitive impairments.

In the audit, we verify compliance with the international standard WCAG 2.1, as well as with the requirements of the European Accessibility Act (EAA), which takes effect from 28 June 2025.

The obligation applies to you if:

  • You run an online shop, have a website or a mobile app
  • You offer online services (banks, insurance, communication, transport)
  • You work for or with the public sector (Foundations and charities)
  • You want to meet ESG standards and build a socially responsible brand
  • Regardless of the scale of your business – from local startups to multinational corporations.

Who are accessibility audits for?

From June 2025, digital accessibility will be a prerequisite to having peace of mind that the service meets legal requirements. Activities should be carried out periodically to ensure that the service is ready for users with different, specific needs.

Why carry out an accessibility audit?

  • Reach a broader customer base – 1 in 4 people in the EU experience permanent or temporary restrictions.
  • Meet new legal requirements
Build an image of a socially responsible company
  • Improve the usability and SEO of your website. Accessibility means better navigation and readability of content.
  • You gain a competitive advantage – most companies are not ready yet. Be one step ahead of them!

How much does it cost?

The cost of the audit depends on the site’s size and the chosen package – we prepare each quote individually. The analysis is the responsibility of the auditors, who manually check the website for compliance with WCAG. We do not use ready-made scripts – each report is tailored to the specific problems of the website. The price also includes a post-audit consultation, during which we discuss the results and advise on the next steps.

Audit prices start from 5999 PLN net.
