For our client, a leading manufacturer of men’s suits, we have created his first online store. A in-depth pre-implementation analysis allowed us to create an extensive, tailor-made B2C e-commerce platform within 6 months.

Evenemen is a brand that has been presenting comfort, elegance and modernity in men’s fashion for over 20 years. It is aimed at creating balanced collections, emphasizing the image and character of every man. The brand needed its first online store, which would not only be its showcase, but above all, would sell.

The Evenemen brand has never had its own online store, but wanted to enter the online sales channel on the Polish market. From the very beginning, the client wanted to entrust the implementation of the project to professionals and was open to suggestions and hints that guaranteed the success of this large undertaking. From the beginning, the client’s ambition was to implement a premium class store – not only because of the activities of the competition, but also because of the willingness to act in accordance with the current trends. It was important to base the order handling on the ERP system – the client wanted to maintain consistency between what is in the system and what is in the stationary and online store.

What we did?

The Evenemen store operates on proprietary software created by Media4U – the Cartalo system. The brand decided to implement a dedicated solution because it wanted to implement many different, also non-standard, functionalities. In addition, the store was designed by a team of designers from Media4U, and its creation was preceded by a thorough study of current trends – the client wanted to create a men’s store in terms of color and functionality. In this way, an individual project was created in accordance with the customer’s preferences and market requirements.

The most important functionalities:

  • Collection publications – the customer has the option of planning the exact date of publication of collections or groups of products.
  • Size charts – at the customer’s request, we have prepared individual size charts for each product.
  • Slider with messages to add information according to a schedule – allows you to add multiple messages and schedule the time of their display, for instance a weekend promotion.
  • Cart – Suggested products section that displays products related to all products added to the cart. Related products are determined by the operator through a mechanism that allows linking products in the CMS.
  • Check availability in the traditional shop – the user can check where the product is available. The mechanism makes it possible to verify whether the viewed product is available in the selected location, displays lists of stores to the user, and gives the customer the ability to manage stores that are to be displayed on this list from the CMS level.
  • Discount system – the client can freely manage discounts from the CMS level.
  • Filters – enable effective navigation on the website and finding interesting products in terms of size, color or price.
Prices – the store uses an algorithm that determines the regular and promotional prices based on product data.
  • Newsletter – thanks to integration with Freshmail, the client can send newsletters to users with information about the latest collections or promotions.
  • Modern digital marketing tools – we took care of tracking user behavior on the website by implementing Google Analytics 4 in the store and we created a product feed for running Google Ads campaigns.

We’ve built an effective relationship

When looking for a business partner, we wanted to cooperate with a company experienced in implementing visually attractive, modern and technically advanced online stores. We are glad that we found Media4U, because we know that our first store meets the highest standards from the very beginning. It is aesthetic, loads quickly and presents itself perfectly on mobile devices. We value the agency for good communication and quick implementation of the solution.
