No, there is no need. All stores are hosted by us, which allows us to have full control in terms of safety and performance.

2. What is the billing model for Cartalo Box?

The implementation of an online store based on Cartalo Box involves a one-time implementation fee and a monthly or annual subscription. We do not have any hidden fees.

3. What is a subscription fee?

As part of the subscription fee, we guarantee a place on our server, technical and administrative support provided by the Customer Service Department, periodic software updates to the latest valid version of Cartalo Box. It is thanks to the subscription fee that we can ensure maximum security in your store.

4. I would like to see the Cartalo Box administration panel before starting cooperation. What should I do in this situation?

Sure, we can arrange a meeting with you, where one of our specialists will show you the possibilities of Cartalo Box.

5. How long does it take to start the store?

The implementation of the online store takes a maximum of 30 days from the moment of signing the contract.

6. Do I have to implement the appearance of the website myself?
